MCS Group partners with the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service to seek a dedicated HR Advisor (Resourcing) for a fixed-term contract of 3 years. In this role, you will ensure effective recruitment and promotion processes while providing crucial HR support. Ideal candidates will hold a Level 5 qualification and be a member of CIPD with experience in employee resourcing in multi-site organizations. This integral role within the HR team is to ensure the effective delivery of resourcing exercises with a particular focus on unformed recruitment and promotion.
