Job Description:

The thriving team of Health Care, part of a busy department offering Health, Care, Science and Sport, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic part-time Health Care Lecturer to teach primarily on our T Level Health Programmes and our new HTQ Level 4/5 Healthcare Professions' Support Programmes. The successful candidate will be joining the team at a time when involvement in the support and design of the new curricula for 16-18 and Adult Learning Programmes will play a part in the role, as well as teaching current practical clinical skills. This role is 18.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

- A degree in Health, Nursing or appropriate Healthcare profession and practical experience in current clinical skills

- A Level 5 teaching qualification

- A proven track record of excellence in teaching and learning practices

- The ability to prepare, plan, and deliver high-quality, engaging, and dynamic lessons that support learners effectively

Additionally, having up-to-date subject knowledge and industry experience, as well as expertise in curriculum design and delivery, would be highly advantageous.
