Join us for the opportunity to influence how Amazon Music acquires and engages fans and artists on a global scale. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager for 9 months to accelerate our delivery of growth initiatives. In this role, you will own the execution of specific promotion types across Europe, Australia & New Zealand, and be heavily involved in initiatives to improve our campaign last-mile delivery. You will operate under limited supervision following the initial onboarding, to deliver as a self-starter throughout your tenure.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the EUANZ promotion lead and central support teams to execute and optimise Nudge promotions (monetary incentives for customers).
  • Optimise the EUANZ owned & operated growth marketing last-mile delivery, with a focus on driving issue resolution with central marketing, product and tech teams.
  • Seek improvement opportunities for marketing channel experimentation based on findings from internal walk-the-store sessions.
