Role: 111 Call Handler (Health Advisor) - Crawley
Join your local Ambulance Service and make a difference. Our NHS 111 Call Handlers are from diverse backgrounds, providing vital assistance to callers, from minor ailments to life-threatening emergencies.

Handle calls via NHS Pathways, providing advice and directing callers to appropriate services. The role requires resilience, compassion, and the ability to work under stress. It involves shift work, including weekends, with flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance. Note: Applicants must work 3 out of 4 weekends.
Full training provided, including classroom, observation, and mentoring phases, designed to ensure independence in call handling.
Applicants will undergo psychometric testing and enhanced DBS checks. Qualifications include GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent. Experience in customer service, IT skills, and team collaboration are desirable.
