Overview

11077 – 21 hour - Qualified Pharmacy Assistant – Permanent Contract

We are looking to recruit a 21-hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our 548-branch located at 37 Long Street, Tetbury, GL8 8AA.

The proposed shift pattern is:

  • Monday 09:00-12:30
  • Tuesday 09:00-12:30
  • Wednesday 09:00-12:30
  • Friday 09:00-12:30
  • Saturday 09:00-17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Saturday shifts will be alternate.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to customers, with specific responsibility for providing support with the dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
  • Receive prescriptions and hand out prescription items and assist with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential.
  • Skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are required.
  • The successful candidate must have great people skills as this is paramount to your role. You will be required to work as part of a well-established team and ensure our customers receive a high standard of service.
