Job summary

A leading global Medical Device and Pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a QC Laboratory Manager. This role involves supervising QC work, interfacing with production, and preparing SOPs. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Chemistry and laboratory experience, along with knowledge of GLP. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding facility!

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a QC Laboratory Manager for our successful client who is a leading global Medical Device/Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

As the QC Lab Manager you will:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate all analytical Quality Control work in conformance with approved methods and systems
  • Interface with production activities and requirements and implement where necessary additional testing to establish high confidence levels in the process
  • Be responsible for the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, validation protocols and Product Specifications
  • To assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods and specifications



You will have:

  • A degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject
  • Experience working in a laboratory with a good knowledge of GLP
