A government department in Harborough is looking for an administrative support professional to manage switchboard duties, mail distribution, and various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure proper handling of communications, maintain filing systems, and support the operational needs of the Business Hub, with an emphasis on confidentiality and efficiency.
Overview of the job
This is an administrative job in an establishment.
The job holder will provide administrative support within the Business Hub including switchboard duties, post distribution, filing, photocopying and typing (if qualified typist).
This is a non-operational job with no line management responsibilities.
