We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Business Partner. The role is initially a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension to 12 months.
You will work closely with our HR team and stakeholders to integrate business goals with our people strategy, focusing on creating high-performing teams, reducing attrition, and attracting top talent. Your responsibilities will include providing support to stakeholders through skills and talent mapping, effective people management, and using data and insights to drive continuous improvements.

We would also love you to have experience in coaching and mentoring, job evaluation, and working in housing, health, and/or supported care. Knowledge of the regulation of housing, health, and social care, and the changing funding landscape, would be advantageous.
We are all accountable for our own health and safety, taking a proactive approach to learning and development, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, and keeping things compliant.
