Your new company

My client is a leader in its sector providing logistics services to clients. They have a wide-ranging portfolio of services across 5 divisions. They operate globally with a focus on service, quality, and sustainability. Due to a retirement, a new position is available. The team is stable, with 15 people across taxes, 4 focusing on corporation tax. This role is UK-focused but involves transfer pricing.

Your new role

  • Manage corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of entities
  • Prepare UK corporate tax computations and file returns
  • Handle tax technical issues and audits
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation; training provided if needed
  • Manage internal transfer pricing queries
  • Assist with IFRS reporting and year-end adjustments
  • Review CFC positions, process improvements, claims, and elections
  • Communicate with HMRC and international tax colleagues

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified accountant or tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent). Excellent organizational and communication skills, team-oriented.

What you'll get in return

Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience, with up to 15% bonus. Benefits include pension, private medical, life assurance, share options. Flexible working; role is 100% remote.
