Our prestigious finance client is currently seeking an experienced financial services EA to join their team. This is a 12-month maternity contract starting in September, allowing for a thorough handover with the current EA who is leaving in October.
The role is 1:1 with ad hoc, light-touch support to 5 additional team members. Responsibilities will primarily involve classic executive support, along with some business-related duties. The successful candidate will support a senior partner who is very busy, extroverted, and requires an EA with experience managing senior/C-suite executives.
The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs. Since the role is heavily client-facing, professional and polished presentation skills are essential. The candidate should be assertive yet diplomatic and capable of building rapport easily.
EA experience at a senior level within investment, hedge funds, private equity, or similar sectors is required, and the candidate must be able to start immediately.
The position initially requires five days a week (3 months), then shifts to a hybrid model with one day working from home. The company offers attractive benefits and a completion bonus.
