Spaldwick Primary School in Huntingdon is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Cerebral Palsy. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to enable access to learning, develop independence and participation in school life.

The role is 30 hours per week, term-time plus two training days, with a permanent contract. You will contribute to an inclusive, caring school environment and be supported in your professional development.

1:1 TEACHING ASSISSTANT - LEVEL 2

Salary:

NJC Scale TA Level 2, points 5 to 6 (£25,583 to £25,989 per annum FTE). Actual salary £19,981.99 per annum on point 5 (pay award pending).

Contract:

Permanent. 30 hours per week - 08.50 to 15.20 with a 30 minute unpaid break, Monday to Friday. Term time plus 2 training days in September and October (38.4 weeks per year).
