Job summary

New Way Tuition Ltd. is seeking Outreach Tutors to provide English and Maths tuition for Secondary and SEN students in Clacton-on-Sea and surrounding areas. Sessions occur in homes, libraries, or schools, helping learners outside mainstream education.

We value flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional development, with competitive pay for self-employed or umbrella arrangements.

Qualifications

• Tutoring or teaching experience (SEN experience is a plus!)
• Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills (up to GCSE level)
• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree (preferred but not essential)
• Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
• An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
