Job summary

Palgrave CE Primary School is seeking a dedicated 1-to-1 Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to support a pupil during the midday break. You will be assigned to a specific pupil and supervise them, ensuring safety and adherence to school guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting with care, helping during lunchtime, moving and setting up equipment, and following established procedures. This is a temporary, part-time role starting as soon as possible, with a closing date of 23 September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the designated pupil throughout the midday break from the end of the morning session until the start of the afternoon session.
• Maintain an acceptable standard of conduct and safety by following school policies, addressing minor injuries and reporting breaches of discipline.
