Job description

At Small Talk Nurseries Brierley Hill, DY5 1RE, we have a vacancy available for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to provide SEN 1:1 support.

The roles hours are between 20-25 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

The role will entail providing support to SEN children in the setting, ensuring their educational, physical and emotional needs are met.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with EYFS and standards for early years education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and 2 valid up to date references.
