Hoop Education is seeking dedicated 1-2-1 Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Bridgend. This role focuses on providing tailored support to learners who require extra help to reach their potential in school settings.

You will adapt activities, encourage confidence, and work closely with teachers to deliver personalised support while tracking pupil progress and maintaining daily routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, childcare, or support work.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Relevant qualifications or training beneficial but not essential.
