Job Description:

As an Outreach Tutor, you must be able to create, plan, and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced teacher seeking to move away from traditional classroom settings to offer more personalized and engaging lessons.

The pupils you will work with may have been out of education for some time, resulting in low confidence levels. Your role is to reengage them in learning and help restore structure to their daily routines.

Prospero Teaching will collaborate with you to monitor each pupil's progress and support effective learning.

• Location – Various locations across Chelmsford
• Position – Outreach Tutor
