Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced 1:1 Tutors to support Primary, Secondary, GCSE and SEND learners across Corby and surrounding areas. You will deliver personalised lessons at home, in schools, or community settings, aligning with the UK National Curriculum and individual EHCPs where applicable.

We welcome applicants with QTS or equivalent and a minimum of two years' UK teaching or tutoring experience.

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
Two years' UK teaching or tutoring experience delivering the UK National Curriculum is essential.
Experience supporting Primary, Secondary, GCSE, or SEND learners is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised lessons across Primary, Secondary and GCSE subjects in line with the UK National Curriculum.
Plan learning programmes to meet each pupil's needs and learning style.
Support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, EHCPs and targeted interventions.
Deliver inclusive teaching strategies to build confidence and independence.
Monitor progress and complete session records after each lesson.
Collaborate with schools, Local Authorities, families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
