Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking 1:1 Tutors in Nottingham for flexible part-time or full-time opportunities starting September. You will support students in Maths and English, delivering tailored sessions in-home, at libraries, or in schools.

Position offers flexible hours, guaranteed CPD, and a dedicated consultant to help place you with the right school. DBS enhanced required or willingness to apply.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification/experience (classroom or 1:1)
• Ability to plan and deliver Maths and English lessons following national curriculum
• Experience of working with students with EHCPs
• Enhanced DBS (willing to apply)
• Passionate about working with young people

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 tutoring to students in Maths and English
• Plan, tailor and adapt sessions to meet individual learning needs
• Match you with a student aligned to your strengths and respond to barriers to learning
• Sessions take place in students' homes, libraries or schools

Salary - £30 an hour (dependent on experience/qualifications)
