1:1 Tutor - In-Person & Online - Northampton & Surrounding Areas

Location: Northamptonshire (in-person) and Remote (online)

Job Type: Flexible hours, part-time or full-time

Salary: 25 - 35 per hour (DOE)

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for experienced tutors or educators to deliver personalised 1:1 tuition for students with Special Educational Needs across Northampton. Sessions are delivered either in person (at school, home or library) or online, depending on the student;s circumstances.

This role suits qualified teachers, SEN support workers, or experienced tutors who want to make a real impact on the learning journey of vulnerable students.

What the Role Involves:

• Deliver 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to the pupil's EHCP and academic needs
• Work with students with Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Develop personalised resources and learning materials
• Monitor and report on progress regularly
• Build trust and rapport to support social and emotional development
• Liaise with parents, schools and external agencies as needed
• Ensure sessions are safe, productive, and adapted to suit individual learners
