Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. are seeking ambitious 1-1 Teaching Assistants for a Liverpool primary school in the city centre. Roles available include part-time, full-time, short-term and long-term with a daily rate up to £100, starting ASAP.

You will provide one-to-one support for children with additional needs, assist in class under the teacher's guidance, and help implement individual education programmes, contributing to an inclusive learning environment in a busy primary setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or equivalent)
• Overseas Police Clearances if applicable
• CV covering the last 10 years of employment
• Legal right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• One-to-one support for a pupil with additional needs
• Assist with a child in class under the teacher's direction, primarily one-to-one
• Support learning activities and monitor progress of individual education programmes
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team
• Implement consistent routines and tailored intervention plans
• Promote a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
