Leader Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant who specialises in supporting children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to work part time at a mainstream primary school based in Newcastle.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have prior experience working with children aged 3 to 11 years old who have additional needs and physical impairments, a strong knowledge base on how to support children within the classroom and will be able to work with children on a 1:1 basis.
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 1pm and is a long-term position.
