Rate: 90- 105 per day

Aspire People are currently looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Hinckley (LE10). This full-time role offers a daily rate of 90- 105, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will be supporting a child on a one-to-one basis, ensuring their learning and emotional needs are met in a mainstream classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one support to a child within the mainstream classroom.
Assist with the child's academic, social, and emotional development.
Implement strategies to support the child's learning and behaviour, in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.
Ensure the child is engaged in activities and encourage their independence.
Assist with classroom management and create a positive, supportive learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

Experience working in a teaching assistant role in the UK, ideally with 1:1 support experience.
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).
A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and patient approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance.
