Hadlow Primary School is seeking a skilled, knowledgeable, and dynamic individual to join our dedicated team!
The role involves working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil joining us in September 2024. The pupil is on the SEND register and requires personalized support due to complex and significant needs.
The ideal candidate will be positive, highly motivated, and flexible. They should demonstrate care and nurturing qualities to meet the physical, medical, emotional, and academic needs of the pupil. A passion for education and a commitment to an inclusive curriculum are essential. The candidate should aim to support the child's happiness, progress, and success within a mainstream setting.
Experience working with children in a nursery or school setting is preferable; experience with SEN is advantageous.

This position is term-time only.
The role is for 30 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, including a lunch break. An additional 30 minutes daily to support outdoor play may be required, which will be compensated as overtime.
This is a fixed-term annual contract linked to funding for the pupil, with potential extension upon successful probation.
