Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist or Sports Rehabilitation Therapist to work 1:1 with an athlete in Spain. You will be responsible for designing and implementing rehabilitation programs, addressing injuries, and aiding recovery.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sports physiotherapy and/or rehabilitation, a passion for helping individuals reach peak physical condition, and be willing to relocate from July 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify injuries and movement dysfunctions
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs
• Administer manual therapy techniques
• Develop targeted therapeutic exercises
• Collaborate with other health and performance professionals
• Educate clients on injury prevention and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor and adjust rehabilitation plans based on progress
• Maintain detailed records of assessments and treatments

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy; Master's preferred
• HCPC registration
• At least 5 years of experience in an elite professional sports setting
• Strong knowledge of sports injuries, biomechanics, and evidence-based rehab techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to relocate to Spain in July 2025
