1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant/Support Staff Opportunities

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a lovely SEN School, who are looking for passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a leading education recruitment specialist, we offer excellent support roles across Buckinghamshire County. About You:
Are you passionate about helping students with special educational needs thrive? Whether you have experience working with children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other SEN, or you're just starting your career in education, we have opportunities to suit your skill set. Requirements:
• Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other SEN needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and behavioural management skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, positive relationships with students and staff
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings and SEN environments
