Job summary

Prospero Teaching Liverpool is seeking an Outreach Tutor to deliver bespoke 1:1 education to young people not attending school. You will plan and deliver tailored lessons, reengage learners, and monitor progress with support from Prospero Teaching. Hours are variable, with sessions from 1 to 3 hours, and contracts can be part-time or full-time.

This role requires UK right-to-work, safeguarding checks, and references; salary is paid at a minimum £25 per hour, aligned with scales where available.

Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent.
• 6 months+ experience working in a UK school.
• Up to date safeguarding training within last year (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 bespoke education packages.
• Reengage pupils who have been out of education.
• Monitor progression and support learning progression.
