Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Assist with classroom activities, behaviour regulation, and personalised learning plans.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to implement EHCP targets.
  • Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  • Encourage independence, emotional wellbeing, and progress for each student.
About You
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a SEND setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting individual needs.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
