Job summary

St John’s Catholic Primary School is seeking a dedicated member of our support staff to help pupils reach their potential and contribute to the smooth running of our school community.

You will assist colleagues in creating a safe, positive learning environment, provide pastoral and academic support to pupils, and help with classroom activities, small group work, or one-to-one interventions. Experience with SEND and trauma-informed practice is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in a school setting.
• Experience with SEND and trauma-informed practice is preferred.
• Able to work with pupils in groups and individually.
