Job summary

The ideal candidate will have SEN experience in 1:1 settings or class support, with preferred Makaton training, flexibility and patience to adapt to individual learning needs within a welcoming, inclusive

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in class
• Preferred training or experience in Makaton
• Be patient, proactive and flexible
• Supportive team player with good communication

Responsibilities

• Aid in the educational, personal and social development of the child
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and families to develop support plans
• Assist in implementing strategies to meet individual learning needs
• Contribute to a caring, inclusive classroom environment
