Job summary

Crowle CE Primary School is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support an individual pupil with Special Educational Needs and work with the classroom teacher to deliver learning programmes. Experience as a 1:1 TA is required. The post is linked to an EHCP and funded via that pupil's allocation.

Be prepared to support other pupils as needed and contribute to a caring, inclusive school environment that reflects our Church school values.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant.
• Ability to lead individualised learning.
• Be sensitive to the needs of individual learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide specific support for an individual pupil with an EHCP.
• Work alongside the classroom teacher to deliver programmes of learning.
• Be prepared to support other pupils as directed by the Headteacher.
