Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Chippenham, Wiltshire, within mainstream primary and secondary settings. You will provide tailored 1:1 support to help the learner engage with lessons and reach their targets.
Working with teachers, SENCOs and other school staff, you will help create an inclusive, nurturing environment that promotes confidence, independence and progress for pupils with SEN.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with an individual pupil, providing tailored support based on their specific needs and learning goals. You may be supporting pupils with needs outlined in an EHCP or My Plan, helping them to engage confidently with their education and make positive progress.
You will work alongside class teachers, SENCOs and other members of the school team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel confident, valued and able to achieve their potential.
