We are looking to appoint a SEND 1:1 Level 2 Teaching Assistant. To work with a SEND child in KS1 with possible ADHD. Needing someone firm but fair, patient and resourceful with experience of working with SEND children. Someone with an understanding of visual systems and who can encourage and support the child to engage in learning.The successful candidate will join a very hardworking and dedicated staff team who focus on improving outcomes for the pupils in their care.
We are looking for an exceptional practitioner who can demonstrate:
•enthusiasm and commitment
• creativity, flexibility and a sense of humour
• high expectations of themselves and pupils
• a good understanding of the Early Years curriculum
• a commitment to working as an effective team member

Salary: Local Government Band 3, Scale Points 5-6, £11,208 - £11,748 per annum,
