Job summary

St Michael’s Easthampstead CE VA Primary School invites applications for a 1:1/Class SEN Teaching Assistant. The role offers flexibility around year groups (KS1/KS2) and supports both groups and individual pupils with additional needs within a caring, Christian ethos.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and capable of positive behaviour management with a therapeutic approach. A team player with good communication skills is essential; prior SEN experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting whole classes or individual pupils with additional needs.
• Ability to deliver prepared lessons to cover staff absence.

• Able to deliver prepared lessons to cover staff absence
