Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only)

You’ll be working 1:1 with a child with special educational needs, helping them engage, learn, and thrive – and you’ll receive full training and support along the way.

No experience? No problem – we’ll provide:

Free, specialist training to help you feel confident in the classroom

Ongoing mentoring and support from our experienced team

A dedicated consultant to guide you every step of the way

The Role:

Supporting a pupil with additional needs on a 1:1 basis

Helping them engage in lessons and follow routines

Working closely with the class teacher to provide a calm and structured environment

Assisting with basic care and communication tasks as needed

Ideal for You If:

You’re patient, caring, and enthusiastic

You’re interested in SEN, psychology, education, or working with children

You’re reliable, flexible, and ready to learn

You have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

You’re happy to undergo a DBS check and relevant vetting (we’ll guide you through it)
