Job Title: 1-1 SEN TA

Location: Birmingham

Compensation: 90- 100 per day

About the Role:

Tradewind are looking for a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support in a number of mainstream secondary schools in and around Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students across a wide range of needs and learning abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to students with SEND, aiding in their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate closely with educators to execute tailored learning plans.
  • Cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and vibrant classroom atmosphere.
  • Provide personalised assistance to students on an individual basis.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with learners with SEND is highly preferred.
  • Possess educational qualifications or relevant credentials.
