Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE or equivalent.
• 6 months+ experience working in a UK school.
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment.
• Plan and deliver personalized lessons for pupils not attending school.
• Re-engage pupils and provide structure back into their daily routine.
• Monitor progression with each pupil and support effective learning.
