Are you passionate about education and dedicated to helping students succeed? GSL Education is in search of a motivated and experienced 1:1 Primary Tutor to join a primary school in Rotherham. As a tutor, you will work closely with primary school students, providing personalized academic support tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with primary school students.
• Developing and implementing personalized learning plans based on student assessments.
• Helping students improve their academic skills and achieve their learning goals.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
• Providing feedback to parents or guardians on student performance.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant tutoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to motivate students.
• Flexibility in scheduling sessions to accommodate student needs.
