Prospero Teaching is looking for an Outreach Tutor to deliver bespoke 1:1 tuition in Plymouth for pupils without a current school placement.

As a Primary Outreach Tutor you will plan and deliver tailored lessons, re-engage learners, and monitor progress with each pupil. The role is contract-based, part-time (15 hours per week) with a minimum pay of £22+ per hour and flexible timings to suit families.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent
• Possess UK classroom teaching experience
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
• Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils

Responsabilités

• Deliver tailored 1:1 lessons to bridge gaps in education
• Re-engage disengaged pupils and provide structure
• Monitor progression with each pupil and support effective learning
