The Holt is seeking a dedicated Midday Assistant to supervise a pupil on a 1:1 basis during the lunch break. The role focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where the child can feel safe and valued while staff manage the transition and supervision.

Qualifications

• Required as soon as possible, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Midday Assistant to provide 1 to 1 supervision to a pupil during the lunch-time break.
• As a 1:1 Midday Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to an individual pupil during the lunchtime period. Working closely with school staff, you will help create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
