1:1 Learning Support Assistant Kings Langley Start date: ASAP
Full-Time Term-Time Only £85 - £110 per day per annum, depending on experience.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a warm and supportive primary school in Kings Langley from September 2025. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child s education and well-being, working closely with an individual student to provide tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a student with specific learning needs or additional support requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans and support strategies.
  • Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to monitor progress.
  • Encourage and support the student in their academic and social development.
  • Help with classroom activities, ensuring the student s participation and engagement.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Be patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting student development.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Be confident in providing support both inside and outside of the classroom setting.
  • Hold or be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
