Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for students with learning needs in Rayleigh. The role involves implementing individualised learning plans and collaborating with teachers and specialists to promote student engagement and progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to specific students with learning needs.
• Assist in implementing individualised education plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, Special Education Coordinators and other professionals.
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student.
• Monitor and track the student’s progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Work with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
