Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking Core Subject Tutor roles in Ealing to deliver bespoke 1:1 tuition for secondary and primary pupils without a current school placement. The position is contract-based with flexible hours, starting ASAP and continuing while the pupil remains without a new placement.

Tutors should have QTS or equivalent and UK classroom experience, with a creative, patient approach and experience with SEND or disengaged learners. Enhanced DBS and references are preferred.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent.
• Possess UK classroom teaching experience.
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.
• Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in KS1–KS4.
• Plan and deliver engaging tutorials and adapt to pupil needs.
• Assess progress and provide feedback to pupils and caregivers.
