Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Surrey is seeking a Core Subject Tutor to deliver bespoke 1:1 tuition to primary and secondary learners, bridging gaps and boosting attainment across KS1–KS4.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver tailored lessons, work with disengaged or vulnerable learners, and support progression in a flexible, community-based setting in Surrey. Start ASAP on a temporary contract with variable hours.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent.

Prospero Teaching is looking for Core Subject outreach Tutors to deliver bespoke tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to secondary and Primary aged young people that are currently without a school placement.

The Opportunity

This Core Subject Tutor role is perfect for someone looking to step away from the classroom and make a difference to the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. The successful tutor must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lesson to bridge gaps in KS1 - KS4 in pupil's education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

We are looking for Core Subject Tutors who are eager to work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs with a creative, flexible and holistic approach to raise attainment and drastically improve the outlook of their educational journey.
