Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant in Rothwell, near Kettering, to support a young gentleman with cerebral palsy and epilepsy on a full-time, on-site basis. You will help with daily activities and accompany him on various outings.

The role requires a daytime driver for trips and social activities, with a focus on engagement, safety, and companionship in a home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Support a young man with cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
• Willingness to assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Full UK driving licence required for day trips and outings.

Responsibilities

• Go on trips to spaces centres, country parks, Warwick Castle and other venues.
• Assist with hobbies at home, such as painting, listening to music, and watching TV.
• Take him to concerts and live events to keep him engaged.
