You will be active during lessons, breaks and lunch periods to ensure students are engaged and present. Experience in behaviour management is essential, with desirable training in physical restraint.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behaviour Mentor in a secondary setting.
• Ability to provide 1:1 support and in-class assistance.
• Experience supporting students with ASD or similar needs.
• Desirable: Physical restraint/positive handling training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 intervention and in-class support to students daily.
• Support students during lunch, breaks and lesson times to keep them in class.
• Assist with behaviour management and help pupils with learning tasks.
