Penderels Trust in Warwickshire is seeking a caring Female Support Worker to help a ten-year-old girl access after-school clubs. The role offers 1:1 support for a child who is blind and deaf, with additional needs including anxiety, autism and ADHD.

You will accompany her to activities such as dancing, drama or horse riding, ensuring safety and enjoyment in a familiar, supportive environment. The position is part-time, on-site, supporting weekends and after-school sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting a child with visual and hearing impairments.
• Ability to accompany after-school activities and clubs.
• Patience and nurturing approach with children.

Aufgaben

• Accompany child to after-school and weekend clubs such as dancing, drama or horse riding.
• Provide 1:1 support and ensure safety and well-being.
• Assist with communication and mobility as needed.
