BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Berks County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Competitive pay starting at $17.50
  • weekly pay
  • Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

  • One year experience working with Intellectual and Development Disabilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
