An exciting opportunity hasarisen for an experienced intensive care nurse with at least 12 months criticalcare experience, to join our amazing team in a brand new 13 bed Intensive careunit, at Barnsley Hospital.

This position will enable thesuccessful applicant to develop their knowledge and skills in caring forcritically ill adults within a highly supportive environment.
You will have a comprehensiveinduction programme depending on your previous experience supported by theunits clinical educator and you will work with an experienced team of doctors,nurses, physiotherapists and other allied professionals.
This post will includeshift work, consisting of days, nights, weekends and bank holidays

Working within a highlyskilled, dynamic multi-disciplinary team, in our busy and energetic 13 beddedAdult Critical Care Unit, which accommodates both level 3 and level 2 patients.This is an excellent opportunity for, energetic, enthusiastic staff nurses withat least 6 months acute experience, to provide a high standard of care topatients within a challenging, yet supportive acute hospital setting.
