Evolve Academy in Horbury is seeking an EYFS/Primary SEND Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will lead a group of pupils with Education, Health and Care plans, planning and delivering high-quality cross-curricular learning opportunities across English and Maths.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS and experience teaching EYFS/Primary SEND.
• Ability to plan engaging cross-curricular lessons across English and Maths.
• Commitment to supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of EYFS/Primary pupils with EHCPs and plan lessons.
• Deliver outstanding cross-curricular learning opportunities including English and Maths.
• Create a nurturing environment with high expectations to enable pupils' full potential.
