The Role

You will assist and facilitate lecturers and students in a practical working environment, issuing kits, uniforms, products, equipment, and stock. You will support the centre in meeting industry demands and the needs of staff and students. The post holder will also be responsible for health and safety of the curriculum and support the development of the commercial offer within the Spa Academy, as well as developing links with schools to drive recruitment.

What we are looking for

You must have at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing (or equivalent) and Level 2 English and Maths. Experience in stock control and health & safety at work is essential, as are excellent customer service skills. Experience working in a retail environment and on a busy reception area is desirable.
